Nitron Racing Systems design and manufacture a range of high performance shock absorbers for both cars and motorcycles.
Nitron's gas monotube shocks have been developed on the race track at the highest levels, the experience gained and the technology employed is used throughout the range.
All Nitron's shocks are designed in house using the latest full 3D solid modeling CAD techniques. All the shock components are CNC machined from the best billet materials entirely in the UK, ensuring total quality control.

All Nitron shocks are fully rebuildable and in addition to this, due to their modular construction, most models can be rebuilt to fit a new motorcycle. This means in alot of cases when you change your motorcycle your shock can be returned to Nitron and rebuilt to fit your new model

Nitron's NTR Motorcycle Shocks are available in 3 different types: the SPORT SHOCK, the TRACK SHOCK and the RACE SHOCK, and are available for most modern bikes. Any rate of spring can be supplied for each shock depending on your individual requirements. All Nitron shocks have a ride height adjuster and spring preload adjuster as a standard feature. A remote hydraulic preload adjuster is available as an optional extra on any Nitron NTR shock. The remote hydraulic preload adjuster can also be retro fitted to any existing Nitron NTR shock.

NTR SPORT Shock The *NTR* SPORT unit is a shock (and spring) with a single adjuster control collar around the end of the piston rod shaft. This adjusts both rebound and compression damping in a predetermined ratio. This combined with the adjustable preload makes for a very simple system to achieve the best set-up for a rider's individual use. All shocks come complete with length adjuster on the top eye/clevis as standard fit. The shock upgrades the standard equipment on the bike to a position where there is a greater range of overall damping adjustment and better control at slow shock shaft speeds. Price - £295 + VAT

NTR TRACK Shock The NTR TRACK unit is a shock (and spring) with a rebound adjuster control collar around the end of the piston rod shaft and a separate bump (compression) control adjuster in a remote reservoir. The 2 damping adjustments are completely independent ie. adjusting the rebound damping does not affect the compression damping adjustment, and vice versa. Ride height and preload adjustment are a standard feature on this shock. This shock is suited to the performance rider and track-day enthusiast who requires a precision shock with all day fade free damping performance. NTR RACE Shock The *NTR* RACE unit is a shock (and spring) with a rebound adjuster control collar around the end of the piston rod shaft and two high speed/low speed bump control adjusters in a remote reservoir. This shock is suited to the serious racer who requires a very high quality shock that will allow them to fine tune their bike utilizing the low speed bump control mechanism. Price - £475 + VAT

NTR RACE Pro Shock Nitron have developed a new line of shock aimed at the serious track user. The new NTR Race Pro has all the great features of the 3-way adjustable NTR Race but uses a 46mm piston and 16mm rod to provide an even higher level of damping control and fade resistance. Features: - 46mm piston and 16mm rod gives larger piston area for better control and finer adjustment - Larger diameter tubes provide increased oil & gas volumes for damper stability & fade resistance - 5-axis CNC machined heads for strength, minimal weight and style - Rebound, high and low speed compression damping adjustments Price - from £549 + VAT

Hydraulic Preload Adjuster A hydraulic preload adjuster is available as an optional extra on all *NTR* shocks. Please note this can also be retro fitted to all existing Nitron *NTR* shocks. The preload is quickly and easily adjusted using a remote knob rather than any tools, making it very useful for people who have a wide variety of loads (pillion passengers and/or luggage). Also, many racers find it useful for fine tuning ride height which may need to be changed from one race to another.
