Not that long ago, titanium was used only on the very trick factory racers, which only the greatest riders in the world got their hands on. Akrapovic changed all that in 1997 when they started to produce titanium tubing at their own factory. Suddenly, titanium exhaust systems were available to everybody.

Akrapovic produce exhausts from a slip on can in carbon or titanium, through to a SuperSport system with stainless steel headers, the Sport Production street legal system, or just a street legal can.

On the racing front there is the Racing Line with conical headers, made of stainless steel. Right up to the top of the range is the Evolution Line, a full on titanium system with conical headers.
