The system is a 2 into 1. The 42.4mm diameter headers increase to 52mm at a conical Y piece. All the pipes are tig welded stainless steel. The muffler is satin finish stainless steel made with an ergal machine worked end-cap. The muffler can also be fitted with a catalytic converter.

Together with the exhaust QD can also supply the QD TuneUp Kit - EVO3 Module with injection and ignition map, RPM limiter, and the two lambda sensor emulator. The result is an impressive increase of power and torque with 10 Bhp more at 5000rpm and 1.5Kgm at 5000rpm.
