Magn-um

"e" APPROVED exhaust systems for super-sport and tourer bikes, with aluminium, carbon or titanium mufflers and MAGNESIUM end caps. This high resistant material is finished with a special treatment which allows it to resist the highest temperature and makes it extremely durable.

Magn-um series mufflers are equipped with a special device called Gas-Extractor. This device increases the gas flow and guarantees the maximum horsepower and torque value over the whole rev range. This system also increases the effectiveness of the glass-wool noise reduction material.

All the QD exhaust systems are available in "slip-on", "bolt-on" or MODULAR SYSTEM versions, depending on the particular characteristic of the motorcycle. Every system is specifically designed to obtain the maximum power and torque increase. All kits have a 2 year warranty and are complete with instructions for an easy and quick assembly.

Ex-Box

The Ex-Box systems are designed with the resonance chamber system. With this system it is possible to obtain high performance together with the maximum expression of design harmonizing the motorbike lines.

The Ex-Box also offers great dynamic improvement. Due to a better centralised mass distribution, direction changes are made easier and quicker, resulting in better handling.

The Ex-Box systems are legal for road use, complying with the latest European laws. The system has a catalytic converter and is available for all versions of the DUCATI MONSTER, MULTISTRADA and MOTO GUZZI V11.

QD tuneUP

The QD tuneUP kits are made to offer an integrated exhaust & ignition system to get the very best results.

The ignition modules are an add-on type, and control fuel injection and, depending on the model, spark ignition.

All the maps are developed by the QD research and development department on the dyno. We are able to map a QD tuneUP kit on our own dyno to suit other exhausts and different engine specifications.
